Guided Mindfulness For Beginners
As part of my recent June workbook release I recorded my first ever guided mindfulness offering. Within the recording I slowly offer invitations to feel into listening inward and outward. With so much going on right now I hope this can offer a moment of rest for fellow BIPOC.
